The holidays have come & gone…and far too quickly at that! Though I’m ready to jump head first into the New Year, I have to go back and recap all of the wonderful things I was able to do, and the wonderful people I was able to see over the past couple of weeks that I’ve had off from work. I have far too much to share in one post…but I think that four will cut it! Here is #1 :).
In this particular post, I wanted to recap Christmas!
After a crazy Christmas Eve (travel) Day, we got all dressed up for our annual holiday visiting. I felt very Kris Jenner with my collar necklace 🙂
Getting ready to head out & my Mom insisted on snapping a picture of me with my red shoes & cookie trays! (I was happy, I swear)
We went to visit with my Mom’s Aunt, and then we stopped by my Dad’s Aunt & Uncles home. They have hosted Christmas Eve for as long as I can remember. It’s the one day of the year that we see most of those family members, so I didn’t spend much time on my phone – therefore, no pics 🙁
BUT AFTERWARDS! We went to the lights display at the Setti’s house. They had just won the Great Light Fight that week and there were so many visitors! I’ve loved stopping here on Christmas Eve over the years — I cannot believe that this was their last. When we got home that night we watched A Christmas Story. One of my favorite Christmas movies 🙂The next morning we were so happy to see that Santa had came 😉
I got far too many wonderful & thoughtful gifts, but I wanted to share just a few that I’ve been loving!
I have been wanting the Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit for FOREVER and it has definitely lived up to it’s hype. These sneakers have changed my life! I really wanted a cute pair – since I haven’t really owned nice sneakers in well over a decade – and I am so in LOVE with them! This beautiful watch! I’m not sure why it took me so long to hop on the Michael Kors watch train, but I’m glad that I finally did.A tropical kiwi Jewel Scent candle! I had blogged about a similar candle a few years ago & never got around to picking one up. These ones are actually so much cuter & their rings are valued higher! I cannot wait to start burning it.All of my new polishes! Most came from Mike’s Aunt & a few from other friends and family members. I have so many that I’m itching to try!We went to my Aunt Noel’s house Christmas Day (appropriate) and ate far too much, per usual. Everything was so good. Looking at this is totally making me hungry. My cousin got married over the summer & we finally got to see a slideshow of pictures from their big day. They came out incredible! I couldn’t help but snap a few pics of the TV 🙂….And a few pictures of Lily! Do you like her new Christmas dress that she got this year?
Christmas was amazing. Everything about it.
I don’t know what I’ve done to deserve such amazing gifts from my loved ones, but I am so grateful to all who thought of me this year. Though wonderful, spending time with my healthy family was more than I could ever ask for. HASHTAG SO BLESSED.

Such a nice recap 🙂 It was a wonderful Christmas xoxo
I absolutely adore the collar necklace you are wearing at the start of the post! Xx
Thank you! I’ve had it for a while, but only wore it once or twice. It was perfect for Christmas Eve 🙂
