March is cruising right along & every day it begins to feel a bit more like Spring [thank goodness]! While the sunshine & warmer temperatures are slowly making their appearance, it’s still a bit too chilly to bust out the sundresses. However, there is a way to express our pending Spring joy via our clothes, without completely jumping the gun. Insert: The Duchess.
Even at seven months pregnant, Kate Middleton dresses to impress & I cannot believe it’s taken me this long to snag her style!
A couple of weeks ago, she was spotted in London wearing the colorful confetti print “Darla” dress from Erdem, paired with an Alexander McQueen clutch and Stuart Weitzman for Russell & Bromley pumps. The fabulous look is definitely out of my personal price range, but luckily for me (and others who are on a ‘non-princess budget’), I’ve found a few awesome pieces to help dupe this style!
Nine West Flax Pumps – Macys || Bright O Neck Long Sleeve Floral Dress – Jolly Chic || Python Clutch – Lori’s Shoes || Kidney Wire Drop Earrings – Target || That’s Berry Daring, Plugged-In Plum, In My Back Pocket, Ink – OPI/Bright’s
I LOVE this dress from Jolly Chic. It’s a bit different from Kate’s in terms of the pattern, but the colors were nearly spot on. She kept the other accessories simple for a classic & sophisticated look, but I think I’d want to expiriment with a bolder clutch & heels!
Kate opted to rock her naked nails, but I HAD to throw a few polish options in there! I think a manicure always completes a look. 🙂
Do you like Princess Kate’s style?
What have you been wearing during the seasonal transition?
XOXO
Perfect!!
Thank you :)! I just read an article saying how this dress was too form fitting & a “scandalous” pregnancy outfit for her haha.. #IDisagree
I love Kate Middleton’s style. She’s so classy. Your modifications to her wardrobe for the non-royal are great! 😉
Haha thank you! I love her style as well – always so classy & put together.
So glad that the common folk is able to attain a similar look! 😉
