Happy Holy Week! 😉
As Easter Sunday rapidly approaches, many people are preparing their holiday menus. My Mom is hosting at our home this year, and while she is hands down THE hostess with the mostest – it’s safe to say that baking is not her favorite pastime. Lucky for her, she has two daughters and a slew of nieces and sister-in-laws who love to do so!

I love looking for new recipes and believe there’s no better time to whip one up than on a holiday. Over the weekend I spent some time perusing Pinterest and found five impressive looking Easter desserts! I’m not sure which one I’ll make, but I have a hunch that they’re all just as good as the next…
1) Sunflower Peep Brownie
This could not be any easier to put together or more adorable to look at. Though not much of a peep fan, I could certainly see myself taking a stab at this!

2) Cadbury Creme Egg Cheesecake
Cadbury Creme Eggs have always been my favorite Easter treat – with that said, I’m wondering why it’s taken me so long to SEE THIS! Something that looks this good surely tastes even better.

3) Coconut Macaroon Nutella Cookie Nests
If you’re a coconut fan, you’re in luck — if you’re a Nutella fan, you’re REALLY in luck. Not only are these the cutest little treats, I think their difficulty level is pretty low 🙂

4) Carrot Cake Oatmeal Cookies
I’ve always been a huge fan of oatmeal cookies – my Aunt has spoiled our family by bringing a batch (made from her untouchable recipe) to nearly every family gathering… and in recent years, I’ve begun to really enjoy carrot cake. The two combined has me intrigued…

5) Easter Dirt Cake
I love making “dirt” trifles – it’s one of my favorite go-to desserts. What’s better than being able to add some festive candy decorations to make it suitable for any holiday!?

How yummy do each of these look!? I have no idea which I’m going to make, but I’ll be sure to post a picture after I do :)!
Are you baking for Easter?
Do you have a favorite Easter dessert?
XOXO
