Good Morning, loves — I’m coming at you with another Mix + Max post today!
I LOVE putting these outfits together – they literally force me to get creative with my wardrobe, style old pieces in new ways, and utilize some of the items that have been sitting idle in my closet.
Last time I was in NYC, I did some serious shopping [SO.MANY.SALES]. I popped into Ann Taylor + found the most adorable sleeveless denim dress! It was in my size, and on clearance…obviously it was a sign that I had to take it home #girllogic. I couldn’t wait until Spring to wear this cute little number…so I figured why not style it for Winter?!

All of these pieces were really comfortable + worked very well with one another. The beanie was a last minute, running-out-the-door addition that turned out to be so clutch! I’m not usually one for beanies, but with my wavy hair, it was just what the outfit needed. The complete look had a librarian-ish/collegiate/hipster-y vibe that was so much fun to wear!
I cannot wait to wear this dress in the Spring/Summer with a bright statement necklace + some colorful pumps! You better believe it’ll be making another appearance on this blog! 🙂

Such a cute outfit! I love taking a warmer weather dress and styling it for the winter- it makes me feel like I magically expanded my closet. And I absolutely love that lipstick… might have to go snag one for myself!
