EEEk! Summer is officially here! 
The weather this week has been absolutely gorgeous in Connecticut! It has taken everything in me not to ignore my responsibilities + just lay out to catch some color! Summer is such a wonderful time of year; our schedules are jam packed with fun plans, concerts, baseball games, pool parties, BBQ’s…everything and anything under the sun – literally! 😉
For many… including myself, maintaining an involved beauty regime is not the highest priority. I’d rather spend that time enjoying friends, family, and just soaking up every sunny moment! With that said, my summer beauty routine very simple [and affordable]! I opt to wear minimal makeup + use products that are quick, easy, and efficient! It’s all about finding things that will just enhance your natural, seasonal glow. 🙂
Today I rounded up a few of my must have makeup, skin, and manicure products for the season! I have been a huge fan of many of these for years [some have been on this blog before], but they are tried + true! I wanted to film a video so I could chat about them all a little more. So take a peek!!

Yes! But on payday I’m def running to the store to pick up some of those products, like the coconut oil! Does it go through your socks and stain your sheets?
No, I don’t think so! I’ve never felt it seep through my socks, or noticed any oil stains — and I apply a LOT! Just don’t use wear favorite pair haha!

I love the colors of the Sinful Colors nail polish and the NYX Butter Balm, I’m gonna have to look into those. I already love both of those products, but I don’t own either of those shades. I’m glad to know you like the Revlon Lip Stains, I haven’t found one that I like and I really want to because they seem so low maintenance once you initially apply it. Can you feel it all day long or is it more lightweight?
Sinful Colors is such a great buy for polish! The NYX butter balm in panna cotta is such a sublet + pretty pink shade! 🙂 The Revlon stain goes on like a gloss, but the shine eventually wears off [I’ll sometimes reapply midday]– the stain will last though! I tried a couple of other shades, but LA Exclusive was hands down my favorite! 🙂

I need to try the Revlon lip stain. I’m LOVING your YouTube channel!
Loveeee the lip stain — I just tried it in “India Intrigue” this week, which is a much bolder, deeper pink, but it’s gorgeous! Just stay away from the orange-y colors…I had awful luck with those lol. And THANK YOU!!! YouTube is a completely different world, it’s a little awkward, but I’m so grateful people have watched! haha
Falsies mascara is my GO TO! Love it! Also, totally wanting to try out that BB cream! In the summer I am OBSESSED with bronzer and highlighter. I guess I am all year long too but especially summer! It just feels right! lol.
