Happy Friday, Babes! This sporadic Spring weather is a teeny bit obnoxious, but at this point, I’ll take any warmth I can get! Plus, all of the cute cold and off-the-shoulder tops can finally come out to play!

So before I get to this look, I wanted to share my little dilemma of the week. First off, here are two weird facts about me: 1) Whenever I order something I really want to eat at a restaurant, drive thru, etc. 9 out of 10 times they’re out of it lol.  And 2) Technology and I do not get along.  So on Wednesday, my external hard drive (that is literally home to every single document, photo,  video, and a million of other files of mine) just stopped working. It was fine one minute, I went to transfer 4 video files to my computer, and then the next minute…dead! GAH! I don’t keep anything but active files on my computer…everything is on that drive! So I’m freaking out a bit. I know it can probably be $alvaged, but what a mess. Anywho, I’m in the market for a new external HD…if you have any suggestions on ones that you love, that are compatible with Mac computers, and that travel well, let me know! (I had been using a WD My Passport for Mac…and had zero problems with it up until this little freak incident). Trying not to let it kill my vibe, because there are definitely bigger problems in this world, but technology man. A blessing & a curse.

Alright, enough complaining, back to the fun stuff! I’ve got another blouse from Macy’s Backstage to share with you today. If you follow me on Instagram, you may know that I was a bit hesitant to bring this baby home…

Being a self-tanning/ bronze-a-holic, wearing anything white is usually not the move for me. However, this time…I felt like I had to suck it up. This ruffled, cold shoulder little number was just too adorable to pass. Take a peek!

Top (similar herehere, and here) // Denim (similar) // Hat

The brand of the top is No Comment Clothing! As I mentioned in my last Macy’s Backstage post, the downside to these stores (similar to that of a Marshalls or TJ Maxx) is that these items are not always available for sale online. I did find & link a few similar shirts above …all are super cute, and all under $15! If you want the exact look, this boutique has an identical version for $59. I love this top with the flared jeans, but think it will look just as cute with a pair of shorts!

Also, can we take a second to talk about this hat?! I have been so into straw hats lately, they are the easiest way to spice up a simple outfit, and the best way to disguise unwashed hair. 😉 This exact one is only $13 and I’m pretty sure it looks great on everybody…at least everybody I’ve already forced to try it on lol! If you’re curious about my wavy hair, you can find the tutorial here! 🙂

Thanks so much for reading, guys!! I had fun partnering with Macy’s Backstage for this post. Again, please let me know if you have any HD recommendations! 😉

I hope you all have a great weekend!

XOXO

  1. I laughed so hard at the “1.5 pounds of bronzer” comment. I feel the same way about blush! This top is so cute. I’m always hesitant to wear white shirts because they’re always so thin and it’s too hot to be wearing camisoles and tanks.

    • I hear ya!! The makeup struggle is real LOL! The sheer top struggle is real too! Luckily this one wasn’t as sheer as the pink off the shoulder I shared last week (that one definitely warranted a cami underneath). #WarmWeatherProbs. Hope you’re have a great weekend! XO
