I haven’t unloaded the camera roll in a while! This post is going to be a special one because I’m sharing some personal snaps from a recent trip to Italy!

My boyfriend + I went to Europe at the beginning of March and packed a ton into our short trip. We were able to spend some time with my parents, siblings, and some of my Aunts, Uncles, and cousins who were all traveling at the same time. I took a bunch of pictures that never made it to the gram and wanted to share them here…enjoy! 🙂

Off we go!
We arrived in Florence, Italy! This building was giving me GOT vibes.
Florence, Italy
Fresh off the plane. Not sure who was more exhausted. Ponte Vecchico – Florence, Italy
With my Dad 🙂
My parents!
Florence, Italy
Prettiest sky, NO filter!
Quick trip to Pisa.
Lean with it…
Nailed it!
A couple of pieces of pizza in Pisa! 😉
We had to make our way up to Piazzale Michelangelo ASAP!
Gorgeous sunset
They say it’s good luck to rub the nose!
Meatballs were not on the menu, but the chef made it happen! Took him nearly an hour, but he came back with the biggest most delicious meatball ever.
Pumpkin Ravioli. Good! But not as great as the previously featured meatball. 😉
Took a 3 hour hike through Cinque Terre!
Gorgeous views all around!
Got snapped snappin’
Hi 🙂
Such a beautiful day!
Octopus, stuffed anchovy, seafood salad at lunch
Delicious pesto — which originated in Cinque Terre!
We explored 5 different villages!
Ate a lot of gelato!
Focaccia pizza – amazing!
*THE* iconic Cinque Terre view!
Day trip to Rome!
It was free museum week – so the lines to enter the colosseum were outrageous
Just as cool to see it from the outside 🙂
Met up with my parents, Aunts, and Uncle for coffee + croissants 🙂
The coolest thing about Italy is you’ll be wandering the street and stumble upon some iconic landmark or building. Here, we have the Pantheon!
Stopped for a drink
We went to the Trevi and this was the best picture we were able to snap – womp! Still made our wishes though 🙂
The yummiest greek salad at Aqua al 2 that I immediately tried to recreate when I got home. This was by far our best meal, I wish I took pictures of the entire thing! We sampled 3 salads, 5 pastas, 3 steaks, and 3 or 4 desserts (?) it was incredible!
Venice, Italy – just as beautiful as you’d imagine!
Bucket list.
The BEST pizza. If you remember my Milan blog from 3 years ago, I raved about SPONTINI. When we decided to travel to Italy, a trip to Milan didn’t fit into our schedule, but I learned that SPONTINI had ONE other location in Venice! I think it was even better this time around… SO YUM!
Met up with my cousin Kelley!! 🙂
A massive thunderstorm rolled through so we stopped for a drink. Fresh squeezed Mimosa – these must have been made with blood oranges, they were delicious!
I think the only thing I bought + brought home from the trip was this hat lol.
Mussels aren’t really my thing. That plate art though!
…Something else I don’t think I ate.
Tortelli Carbonara. Cream + carbs.
Scallops, veggies!
See ya later, Venezia!
Spent our last, sunny day in Florence!
All’antico Vinaio
White chocolate pistachio gelato from La Carraia …if you ever get the chance, GET THIS!
Enjoying the best view of this city one last time!
With some vino 🙂
My brother came to town! He had been skiing in Switzerland with one of his friends, I’m glad our trips overlapped a little bit!
Dinner!
A little of this…
…a little of that!
Lasagna!
Went to Gusta Pizza for dinner after dinner. Spotted this familiar face.
It was our last night so we had to go big or go home! We went big and then we went home lol.
Our total steps for this entire trip… 128,322 x 2! 🙂
Ciao Italia!

It was such a special trip! We were pretty much on the go 24/7, but it was worth every second. I feel like I took so many pictures, but still didn’t capture it all! It was honestly nice to live in the moment + enjoy what was going on in front of me. Europe is wonderful for that reason.

Have you ever been to Italy? Where are some of your favorite places to travel?
