Hey Girls! I hope you’ve all been enjoying the Spring weather that has finally decided to make its debut. I’ve been soaking up every minute of this sunshine and living for my daily commute which includes an opened sunroof, one of my latest podcast obsessions (or country music, depending on my mood) on the radio, and iced coffee in-hand! Is there really anything better? I’ve spent the past few months really getting my butt into gear and focusing on some of my health goals as we prepare to enter the Summer season, and as I gear up to enter a new decade of life (hello 30 – AHH)!!
Oh Monday morning, we meet again. I actually happen to love Monday’s. Of course it’s sad to see the weekend go, but the start of a new week always feels like a clean slate. For me, getting into shape is this lofty goal that always lingers and seems so difficult to attain. Some people sign up for a gym, team, or class, make the commitment, and have no trouble staying pretty consistent.
