My favorite time of year is approaching…tomorrow to be exact! š The leaves are changing, the baked good flavors are hitting shelves in the form of coffees &Ā candles, and the fashion is in full force! Unfortunately, the weather is not there just yet! We’ve still had a fewĀ toasty days in CT, but that just means that transitional outfits are a must!
On My Red, White [Tee] + Blue!
Happy 4th of July weekend!
Today, I’m sharing two funĀ ways you can style a plain white tee for the holiday!
What’s in your purse?
Oh how I wish I were one of those girls who was perfectly content with carrying a small handbag consisting of my wallet, keys and cell phone. But Iām not, I am the girl who getās anxiety when I have to choose which precious items to bring in a small clutch on a night out.
I donāt understand how a woman can feel comfortable leaving the house without certain ājust in caseā items. While organizing my purse last week, I decided to lay everything out and try to downsize. Needless to say, I wasnāt terribly successful.
After de-cluttering I was left with the following:
An agenda
Wallet
Notepad
Sunglasses
Tire pressure checker?
Hair clips
Hand lotion
Deodorant
Craisins
Listerine mist
Blot sheets
Tanning goggles
Nail glue
Cuticle oil
Cuticle balm
Nail file
Nail polish remover pads
4 lip glosses
1 lip stick
Business cards
4 Pens
1 Highlighter
Tampons
Mace
Wet naps
A computer/phone screen cleaner
Hairspray
Tylenol
A small sewing kit
Ā In the black bag are bobby pins, a small lint roller and other misc. items.Ā Also, not photographed are my keys, cell and on-the-go makeup bag*
Normally, carrying this many items in one bag would be a messy nightmare, but lucky for me, I have a FABULOUS as seen on TV product that is actually super practical and 100% effective. The Kangaroo Keeper!
Itās so perfect for any purse, particularly a bag with no structure.
Do you carry any of the same things as me? Or are you one of the lucky-to-be-low maintenance ladies?
