Oh Monday morning, we meet again. I actually happen to love Monday’s. Of course it’s sad to see the weekend go, but the start of a new week always feels like a clean slate. If you’re someone who dreads the work week, has a busy few days ahead, or is ISO of a way to make the M-F grind a bit more bearable, keep reading.
I have really enjoyed sharing my monthly favorites with you all this year. In January when I decided to commit to these posts, I was pretty sure I could stick to it, but hey…sometimes things don’t go as planned. Luckily this time, they did! Instead of ending the year with my December favorites, I thought it might be more interesting to round up the best of the best from 2017!
It’s that time of the month again! I have to say, as much as I love compiling these posts, it’s a bit depressing to realize how quickly the year is flying by…we’re halfway through! June was my birthday month so my loved ones spoiled me a little bit; I got a few things that I’ve been dreaming about for so long! I knew they would be immediate candidates for my June faves! There’s a nice mix of fashion and beauty picks this month. Take a peek. 🙂
Happy Friday!! If you’re subscribed to my blog, you already saw a few of these photos when I accidentally hit PUBLISH Monday night while I was putting this post together. Oh my gosh, I almost had a heart attack. I knew this would happen to me one day, there have been so many close calls – I feel like the publish button is placed in the worst spot EVER on the WordPress dashboard! Oh well, life happens!
Anyways, on to this fabulous dress! The moment I saw Demure announce that they were going to be carrying this maxi this Summer, I knew I needed it. I fell in love the moment I saw it. This beauty arrived about two weeks ago, and rainy CT weather prevented me from snapping the beautiful, sunny photos it deserved. Luckily, Monday was a (sweltering hot, but) beautiful day and my sister nailed the shots!
Happy May (insert Justin Timberlake meme)! Kind of crazy we’re nearly half way through the year already, but I have to admit, I’ve been enjoying 2017!
