Date Night at Randy’s Wooster St. Pizza

Friday night my boyfriend and I went to Randy’s Wooster St. Pizza in Manchester. Seeing as we are currently in the middle of lent, pizza was the perfect dinner choice for those who abide by the no meat rule (me!)

We got there and had a little bit of a wait so I started snapping some pictures ๐Ÿ™‚

An older couple thought we were on our first date...no we're just always laughing and snapping pictures, Sir lol
Balloon to the face...I don't really get it lol...

Once we were seated we decided to kill some time with the cup of crayons on our table ๐Ÿ˜‰

We're really talented...

We ordered a couple sodas (I know! I felt like SUCH a cheater, but I was craving a diet coke…and water does not pair well with pizza), and our large pizza. I flipped the menu to see if they had any yummy dinner salads when I saw THEM….. Mike knew the deal, so we got an order of…

Fried Pickles!

I am OBSESSED with fried pickles, and O-M-G these did not dissappoint…we put a good dent in the plate ๐Ÿ˜‰

YUM!

Our pizza was huge…

Hamburger & olives for Mike, broccoli and onions for me ๐Ÿ™‚ I would have loved to try their pepperoni-next time!
Mmm mmm mmmm <3

We were legitimately stuffed, but had plenty of leftovers to take home (you better believe I had fried pickles for breakfast Saturday morning).

We decided to rent J. Edgar, I was bored so I had a photosoot with myself…

I think that this is the creepiest picture I have ever taken LOL

And to round it out, a shot of my mid-week mani!

My idea of a perfect Friday night! ๐Ÿ™‚

A healthy WEEK deserves a weekend CHEAT :)

I made it through another week of healthiness! So of course I cheated a bit this weekend; luckily, not nearly AS bad as last.

We made pizza Friday night, I created a caramelized onion pizza and Mike made hamburgERย (he says “hamburg” but that word bugs me out…not sure why, but I don’t like it lol). Saturday I had a Reeses cup and bowl of home made strawberry shortcake around noon while I was busy being lazy. Come late night I was starving, and had been craving McDonalds french fries all week, so I caved- I swear it may have been the best McDonalds I had ever eaten.

Sunday I spent on the couch witnessing this madness, and was pretty good about not over-indulging in the huge tray of yummy chipolte flavored nachos that were on the table. I had a slice of strawberry ice cream cake and a chocolate, peanut butter, frosted flake treat that I had made earlier that day!

Again, not the best choices, but I feel like I earn my right to a little junk after five days of fruits, veggies, and multi-grain. The good thing is, come Monday morning, I am SO ready to get back into my health spree ๐Ÿ™‚
